Background

Archgene is an innovative technological company aspiring to provide holistic R&D services to the cosmetic industry and support transforming cutting-edge technologies into personal care products. We are looking for a highly talented and motivated scientist with cell culture experiences to join the team. Successful candidate needs to demonstrate strong ambition to succeed in an innovation driven and fast-paced research environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cell-based assays, immune-based assays, and molecular biology studies independently according to team task arrangement.
• Communicate research progress and planned activities through oral and written presentations. Update experiment data and draw scientific insights and conclusions.
• Able to read English papers and do literature search.
• Responsible for tracking the milestone of clients’ projects.
• Build new research methods based on project requirements.
• Maintain laboratory records, electronic files, and laboratory notebooks to support experimental studies and intellectual property development.

Qualification

• Master or PhD degree in Molecular/Cell Biology/Immunology or a related discipline. Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in academia or industry preferred.
• Skilled in basic biology techniques such as cell culture, western blot, qPCR, FACs and ELISA. Previous experiences in cell culture of skin relevant cells are highly recommended.
• Strong problem solving and analytic skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members.
• Fluent in English reading and writing.

岗位职责

• 根据平台负责人的要求完成公司各项实验工作
• 向平台负责人汇报工作进展，及时沟通问题并提出改进建议
• 负责常规仪器设备的操作、使用与维护保养
• 完成平台负责人交办的其他任务

任职要求

• 大专及以上学历；生物工程、生物技术、生物药学、药学、医学、动物等相关专业
• 具有科研精神，喜欢钻研，热爱实验技术工作
• 熟悉常规细胞培养、分子生物学、显微镜拍照、组化、染色等实验经验者优先
